Hi Everyone,

It's been a while since I updated this blog. Here we go again, another excuse another reason. But not today, I will keep them all, promise!

But, this post is very special, I personally dedicate this to the wonderful baby boy named Wayne Ng.  He is the son of a brilliant researcher in our Uni, kindhearted, cheerful and friendly. He is only one year old, but he has to undergo an open heart surgery due to the holes in his heart. Just by hearing the news, our hearts were shattered, we wish we could be there to help him and to ease the pain.

Therefore, we did cookie bake off to raise some fund to support Wayne.

For Wayne, get well soon!! :)

American Corn Dogs

Hi Everyone,

I was caught up with a lot of things for the past two weeks. I was so exhausted over the weekends and the only thing I wanted to do was sleeping. Last week, I completely had no idea of what to cook, it was rather unusual, really.

This week, I promised myself to cook something, and eat a proper home cook meal. I had decided to cook this american corn dogs. Something from my childhood.
