American Corn Dogs

Hi Everyone,

I was caught up with a lot of things for the past two weeks. I was so exhausted over the weekends and the only thing I wanted to do was sleeping. Last week, I completely had no idea of what to cook, it was rather unusual, really.

This week, I promised myself to cook something, and eat a proper home cook meal. I had decided to cook this american corn dogs. Something from my childhood.

Tau suan (split green bean soup)

This is the continuing part of my Melbourne gateway. We spent a day to just relax near the Yarra river, enjoy a cool breeze blown towards us, stretch our legs and prepare ourselves for the next destinations. It sometimes occurs to me that I find it difficult to enjoy the beautiful view in front of us and knowing the fact that you have heaps of things to do. But, not this time. I think I could just stay there for hours enjoying the beautiful view and relax.

Valentine's day breakfast

It's almost here, the day when you shower people you love with all sweet things imaginable. From chocolates to flowers, from candies to greeting cards, from dining out at the fancy restaurant or even dining in at the comfort of your house. You guess it, Valentine's day is here.

You might notice I rarely post something these days..

Yes... I've been busy.. Sleep in the early morning.. Wake up in the afternoon..

Pimples everywhere.. Sad..

Anyway,  Every Anzac Day, I always have Anzac Biscuit in the pantry..

I love the chewiness, and its crunchiness at the same time..

And it is packed with oats, coconut. *smells fantastic too*

Revisited: Pancake

I woke up this morning, jumped out of my blanket..

brushed my teeth, and started measuring the ingredients..

Hello everyone,

2 days ago, I drooled for pancakes badly

So, since yesterday I've been making pancakes

What I love about it..

is the smell of vanilla, and butter that are just wafting throughout the house

I just bought a maple syrup from david jones last sunday..

so, I had an excuse to make a batch of pancakes.

I like the soft interior of the pancake, and the merciful golden brown exterior...

It was just perfect for me..

So, today, I managed to grab my camera, and took this picture..^^
