Dark chocolate and Peanut Butter Pie

Hi  Everyone,

Yesterday was the perfect day to wish every father on earth " Happy father's day!". I have the most awesome and wonderful dad without whom I can't be here. He is someone who I turn to whenever I'm worried or lost faith and confidence in me. He will give words of wisdom and encouragement that awake me

Chocolate brownies

Hi Everyone,

You know spring is here by just seeing berries are stocked high on the supermarket' shelves. Although, I adore winter weather, this winter wasn't particularly welcoming. It was way too wet and windy. But, the beginning of spring is just perfect. I enjoy walking under the sun with cold air blowing lightly at me.

Chocolate and Peanut Butter Macaron

Hi Everyone,

I was enjoying my breakfast one morning, I flicked through gourmet traveler magazine in front of me, and I saw a macaron recipe. I told myself "That's it! I just have to make them." A couple of years ago, I was so overwhelmed by so many reviews on how challenging it is to make macaron, so I buried my eagerness deep down somewhere.

Churros.. For real

Hi Everyone,

Yes, It's been a while. My resolution for this year is to cook, write and blog more, however sometimes ambition can fall short too. So, please do forgive me.

I love cooking especially during such a busy schedule where you can have some quiet time for yourself to just stir the pot in front of you, and eat for a better living. I think that is the moment where I find cooking has its own healing power.

Perfection in chocolate chip cookies

With such an unpredictable weather, cold, sunny, windy, rainy all in a day.. Sydney's weather can seriously put you off from going out.  However, I sometime can't even be more thankful since I can stay at home, and whip up something that just right to suit the mood of the weather.

Imagine the smell of warm cookies wafting in the air. I can tell you that everything will be much more forgiving after you smell this enticing aroma.

Vanilla Cupcake with Chocolate Ganache

Hi Everybody,

My morning routine has been pretty similar for the last couple of months *it changes every now and then depends on my uni timetable*. I snooze my alarm for 3-4 times, wake up, take a bath, have breakfast *toast with peanut butter and jelly *my absolute concoction*, or I buy something along my way to uni*, and rush to uni for classes!!
But, I love my morning walk *as long as I'm not in a rush*, because I have a chance to dream about what I really want to do in the future, what I will cook next week, what I would like to have for lunch, dinner, etc..etc..etc..
